As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—serving up quality drinks and warm welcomes to everyone passing through the terminal. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting high-quality coffee and tea drinks (including espresso-based drinks and pour overs)
- Keeping the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and inviting
- Greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions with a smile
- Staying calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Working closely with your teammates to meet café goals
- Keeping up to date with coffee trends and techniques through ongoing training
