Our Port Operations Team in Birkenhead is made up of dedicated, customer‑focused professionals who play a vital role in keeping our travel experience smooth, safe, and welcoming. We are now looking for someone with the same enthusiasm and commitment to join us and help ensure our passengers and freight customers enjoy the highest standard of service from the moment they arrive at the port.
Your main responsibility will be to support the safe and efficient movement of passengers and vehicles to and from our vessels, ensuring every part of their journey is as positive and seamless as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver excellent customer service to support our passenger and freight check-in operations.
- Communicate clearly and accurately with internal teams, external partners, and other ports.
- Carry out efficient and accurate check-in procedures using our Freight and Travel reservation systems.
- Handle and record cash in line with the Company Cash Handling Policy.

- At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally within travel or transport

- Full driving licence
