Account Manager – UK

What are your tasks?
- Manage sales activities within the assigned area in the UK, primarily around the Midlands and North of the UK.
- Develop new customers using STEMMER IMAGING’s value‑added distributor proposition.
- Leverage solution‑oriented and consultative selling to support the company’s growth ambitions.
- Maintain and plan sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring a structured approach.
- Keep technical knowledge up to date on the latest product portfolio.

What characterises you?
- Proven experience selling complex technical solutions in B2B settings; vision technology experience is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of vision systems (2D/3D cameras, optics, light sources, frame grabbers, software), AI, and embedded solutions is advantageous.
- Strong consulting, problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- High commercial drive and a proactive mindset for new business development.
- Experience with structured sales processes and deep understanding of CRM documentation.
- Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, and excellent English communication skills.
