Account Manager – UK

What are your tasks?

  • Manage sales activities within the assigned area in the UK, primarily around the Midlands and North of the UK.
  • Develop new customers using STEMMER IMAGING’s value‑added distributor proposition.
  • Leverage solution‑oriented and consultative selling to support the company’s growth ambitions.
  • Maintain and plan sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring a structured approach.
  • Keep technical knowledge up to date on the latest product portfolio.

What characterises you?

  • Proven experience selling complex technical solutions in B2B settings; vision technology experience is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of vision systems (2D/3D cameras, optics, light sources, frame grabbers, software), AI, and embedded solutions is advantageous.
  • Strong consulting, problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • High commercial drive and a proactive mindset for new business development.
  • Experience with structured sales processes and deep understanding of CRM documentation.
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, and excellent English communication skills.
