Investor Relations Director – Private Equity
VICE PRESIDENT OR DIRECTOR – INVESTOR RELATIONS, PRIVATE EQUITY
Stem7 Executive Search is supporting a leading Private Equity fund with the build-out of their Investor Relations team in London. They are one of the world’s most prestigious Private Equity Funds and have been involved in some fantastic success stories in recent years. The role is at Vice President or Director level and they are looking for someone that will focus on all aspects of Project Management for the Fundraising process. This will include a variety of tasks including management of all individual work streams, RFPs, DDQs, and Fund Structuring. Although this is not a Sales or Distribution role, the successful candidate will frequently have contact with the Fund’s existing Investors. The team is also involved in sourcing capital for co-investment opportunities and the successful candidate will be involved in this.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience and have worked in a buy-side environment, ideally in a Fundraising, Investor Relations, and/or Product Development team. Candidates with Investment Banking or Placement Agent experience are also encouraged to apply!
