Job Type: Permanent, full time Reporting to: Global Head of Client Partnerships – dotted line to Head of Analysis Location: London Office Based Job purpose: To lead, manage and motivate a team of Global Insights Partners to ensure high quality standards in account service, client relationships and delivery of above country projects. Above country projects require all analysis tasks are executed on time, in full and within the established ways of working. This role will contribute to the continue evolution of the STEM strategy to execution insights offering in terms of client quality and internal efficiency. It is a highly visible multi-stakeholder role requiring ongoing collaboration with the local analyst leadership, GCP project directors, regional leadership and Commercial teams and more. Job role Provide operational leadership direction and guidance to the Global Insight Partners whilst driving a culture of operational excellence in service delivery. As a Direct Line manager and leader to the Global Insight Partners, there is a need to set appropriate expectations and targets to drive performance, ensuring high performance standards are achieved, and that capabilities are identified and developed appropriately Act as a coach and mentor for the teams working closely to monitor and drive the quality of outputs to internal stakeholders and external clients. Be able to work effectively in a complex matrix environment, managing multiple internal stakeholders inc SET members -demonstrating leadership without authority Oversight and ownership of project delivery related activities and materials. Provide an aligned view on GCP leadership priorities to the Global Insight Partners and wider GCP team. Proactively work with Analysis Global Leadership and GCP leadership and share main concerns and suggestions to overcome challenges. Develop and mentor the team to ensure that everyone is well equipped and prepared to address the business requirements and support the team with coaching as needed. Maximise team efficiency to the effective resource and development capabilities within the role – manage the capacity and resourcing for global client projects and needs. Develop the team by spotting talent and giving them feedback and support their needs to be their best. Ongoing recruitments needs as required by the Global Insight Partner team Regularly manage projects to be a player coach and learn new modalities, gather experience in the markets and implement more efficiency. Liaise with other departments as an if new ways of working practises need to be implemented Essential Requirements: Mastery of analysis – internal applicants must be an experience business analyst Prior track record of success Strong communication skills – be able to share complex information in simple terms.
