Job Description An engineering business that manufactures automated equipment is currently looking for a Software Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will work with the dedicated software projects team but also work within larger multidiscipline teams and responsible for the software and application design, implementation, commissioning and testing of their hardware applications for a variety of large clients. Responsibilities: Working as part of a multi disciplined team to specify design, commissioning and testing of hardware applications using C# and .NET. Programming using C# and .NET Functional Design Reviews Test specifications Provide end user support Happy to travel throughout the UK, Europe and the USA Skills required: Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics degree Proficient with C# and .NET Proficient with SQL Server or Oracle (ideally Oracle) Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Experience with application development in a machine control environment Desirables: Knowledge of Electrical control systems Exposure to industry 4.0 Technologies PLC/HMI Programming experience Knowledge of GAMP We are accepting CVs and looking to interview ASAP.
