This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to kickstart their career in sales while contributing to meaningful environmental impact. 🌱 About the Company: My client helps organisations reduce their environmental footprint through innovative, solutions. Their services are already used by major companies across the UK, and they’re expanding fast. You’ll be joining a mission-driven business where your development is genuinely supported — and where high performance is rewarded. 🌍 What You’ll Be Doing: * Identify and research prospective clients in target sectors * Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn and at industry events * Build relationships with sustainability leaders and decision-makers * Book and support client meetings (virtual and in-person) * Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to shape tailored proposals * Keep the CRM system updated with leads, activity and pipeline progress ✅ Who They’re Looking For: * A recent graduate (any subject — sustainability, business, geography or environmental science a plus) * Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact * A confident communicator, professional and engaging * Target-driven and motivated to grow in a commercial role * Organised and proactive, with a willingness to learn * Must have full, unrestricted, permanent right to work in the UK — visa sponsorship is not available 🎁 What’s on Offer: * £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE of £35,000 in year one) * Full training and 1:1 support * Clear career progression and personal development plan * Hybrid working (after onboarding period) * Collaborative, purpose-led team culture * Opportunity to attend sustainability events and client meetings
