STEM Recruitment are looking for production operatives for our client, a leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. With our commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a talented Production Specialist to contribute to our manufacturing operations. Position Overview:
As a Production operative, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing facility, ensuring the seamless production of products. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the production process, maintaining efficiency, and upholding our quality standards. This position requires a physically fit individual as the role involves lifting up to 20kg equipment as well as working in a fast-paced workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to maintain product integrity and meet quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
- Ideally we are seeking someone with proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production or assembly role.
- Physically fit individuals, heavy lifting involved.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Schedule:
The factory operates on a 4 day working week consisting of 4 x 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am depending on preference. Paid for 46 hours a week.
Salary for dayshift: £526.24
Salary for nightshift: £700.12
