STEM Recruitment is working with a leading diagnostics company to hire 2 Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality to join a company focused on producing high-performance diagnostic products. Key Responsibilities: Support the manufacturing and packaging of diagnostic products Accurately complete production records and documentation Operate and maintain lab equipment Perform filling, labelling, and packaging tasks to high standards Manage stock and materials efficiently Follow all GMP, GDP, and internal quality procedures What We’re Looking For: Standard Grade or equivalent in English and Maths Good communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable using IT systems Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment Previous GMP/laboratory experience is an advantage but not essential What’s on Offer: Salary of £29,520 per year Shift patterns: 6am–2pm, 9am–5pm, 2pm–10pm Full training provided Excellent benefits package STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates as both a Recruitment Agency and a Recruitment Business.
