STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for a Packaging Development Engineer for their cutting-edge technology client in the central belt of Scotland. The position involves dealing with micro electronics and their assembly and packaging.
Key responsibilities include:
- Basic design
- Assembly process development
- NPI and tooling design
You will be well versed in the micro electronics assembly process with a sound knowledge of wafer saw, die attach, wire bond and package sealing. You will also be adept at managing a project and the associated client interaction.
A requirement for the role is a degree in science or engineering and some industrial experience of semiconductor or optical manufacturing.
