Our client, a UK headquartered pharmaceutical CRO, are sourcing an Analytical Team Leader based in the Midlands to lead their analytical function within the pharmaceutical sector. This senior role involves providing scientific and team leadership, managing a diverse portfolio of projects involving small molecules and emerging modalities. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensure high-quality analytical outputs, support method development, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Additionally, they will mentor and develop team members, promote effective processes, and drive continuous improvement to enhance team performance and operational efficiency. As an Analytical Team Leader, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of analytical work across a portfolio of projects, ensuring outputs are consistently high quality, on time, and aligned to customer and business expectations. You will plan and coordinate team activities, effectively managing workloads and resources in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
