You will lead synthesis projects, optimise processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality output while driving cost efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in process scale-up, synthetic chemistry, and working within a manufacturing environment, particularly in chemistry-focused production. The role demands strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • PhD or equivalent in Chemistry with 4-10 years industrial experience, or relevant postdoc experience
  • Experience in process scaling from <10g>
  • Knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry, analytical techniques, and purification methods
  • Track record in process improvement and managing scale-up projects
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
