This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, and problem-solving within a fast-paced production environment.
Working on a continental shift pattern, 4 on 4 off, days and nights, £14ph rising to £14.92ph after 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Supporting the setup and operation of specialist equipment
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Troubleshooting basic machine or process issues
- Recording production data accurately using computer systems
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Working closely with team leaders and engineers to meet production targets
- Learning and developing technical skills through structured training
