Im working with a leading R&D‑focused organisation within the animal health sector that is continuing to invest in new product development and regulatory studies. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to appoint a Clinical Research Scientist to join their research team. This is an excellent opportunity for a life sciences graduate or early‑career research professional to develop experience across a broad range of clinical and non‑clinical studies within a highly regulated environment.

The Role

You will support the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of studies that contribute to the development and registration of animal health products. Working within a quality‑focused R&D environment, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure studies are delivered to regulatory and scientific standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support clinical and non‑clinical research studies
  • Assist with study planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting
  • Ensure studies are conducted in line with GLP, GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Support pharmacokinetic, bioequivalence, safety, residue depletion, and clinical studies
  • Maintain accurate study documentation and records
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external research partners
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the research function

What Were Looking For

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Veterinary Science, Biological Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related discipline
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused approach
  • Comfortable working within a regulated environment
