You'll be the reassuring face of our Buckhurst Hill centre, the first person parents turn to, and the one who ensures every session feels welcoming, professional and memorable.

This is not a teaching or technical STEM role.

It's an opportunity to become the heartbeat of a growing children's centre where you'll genuinely make a difference to families every week.

This is a part-time role requiring a commitment of minimum of 10 hours per week, including: One weekend day: Either Saturday or Sunday , from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (6 hours) One weekday afternoon: Either Wednesday or Thursday evening (approximately 4 hours) Your working days will be agreed upon before you join and will remain consistent each week.

What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for parents, answering enquiries and ensuring every family feels valued and supported.

Coordinate the smooth running of classes, bookings, attendance and day-to-day centre operations.

Prepare classrooms and resources so instructors can focus on delivering fantastic sessions.

Welcome children and families, creating a warm, safe and professional environment from the moment they arrive.

Capture photos and short videos during sessions for use on our social media channels, while following safeguarding and consent guidelines.

Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation, safeguarding and health
