We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who knows this space and is ready to help build something genuinely specialist from the ground up.
THE OPPORTUNITY
STEM Connex is a specialist STEM recruitment business with offices in Camberley, Leeds, and Portugal. We've made a deliberate move into data centre construction β working with general contractors and M&E contractors delivering hyperscaler and enterprise data centre projects across the UK, Ireland, and the main European DC hubs.
We've proven we can deliver in this market. Now we're investing in the people who will help us own a meaningful share of it. This is a 360 role β you'll develop client relationships and manage your own delivery across both perm and contract, with genuine autonomy and the backing of an ambitious leadership team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience recruiting into data centre construction, MEP, CSA, or critical infrastructure β with a genuine candidate network in one or more of these disciplines
- Comfortable operating as a 360 recruiter β you enjoy winning business as much as delivering it
- Motivated by the entrepreneurial β you want ownership of a market, not a desk in a large agency
- Experience or appetite for cross-border recruitment β UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe market exposure is a strong advantage
- A track record of consistently billing in a specialist technical market β we're not looking for a trainee
