In the Mobile Technical Lead role, you will be a key member of the Operational Leadership Team within a digital product organisation. You will be accountable for iOS and Android development teams, motivating and guiding them to deliver high-quality, scalable code while meeting agreed timelines. You will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, evaluate new processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent the Mobile Development function within the Operational Leadership Team.
- Lead and manage the Mobile Development teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and to agreed standards.
- Own and enforce coding standards, quality benchmarks, and technical best practices.
- Manage team performance at both group and individual levels, including productivity and quality metrics.
- Set and deliver departmental objectives and KPIs in collaboration with other technical leaders.
- Act as a technical authority in client‑facing and internal project discussions.
- Encourage innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Support talent management activities including recruitment, onboarding, objective setting, performance reviews, recognition, and career development.
