Technical Trainer / Content Creator
Harewood, Leeds – hybrid – 2 days a week on site

We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Trainer / Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the training manager, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to design and develop high-quality instructional materials focused on backup and disaster recovery products and services. Your efforts will support the development of knowledge for customers, partners, and internal teams alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Design and develop engaging, goal-oriented training content aligned with business objectives.
- Instructional Copywriting: Write clear, concise instructional copy, audio scripts, and supporting materials for online courses.
- Visual Demonstrations: Capture and edit screenshots, screencasts, and videos to visually demonstrate key concepts.
- Assessments: Develop learning checks and assessments to measure learner understanding and course effectiveness.
- LMS Management: Upload and organise content within structured pathways on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Feedback Analysis: Analyse learner data and feedback to assess course effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Content Quality: Peer-review content to contribute to quality assurance and standardisation.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training both in-person and virtually to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Employee Onboarding & Sales Enablement: Assist with the technical and procedural onboarding of employees and support sales enablement.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and experience creating digital e-learning content.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts succinctly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Desirable:
- Experience with process improvement activities.
- Knowledge or experience in the data protection or IT security industry.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and managed services.
- Knowledge of Rubrik technologies.

Environment Job Requirements:
