Program Coordinator – Denver Stellar Care and Services is seeking a Program Coordinator for our Denver location.

This administrative role involves managing phones, coordinating with stakeholders such as CMA’s and DHS, handling file management, uploading documents, data entry, and supporting program directors.

Primary Responsibilities Consistently exercises individual judgment, makes decisions, and solves problems.

Creates, updates, and maintains program participant records.

Writes IPs, ISSPs, and BISSPs under the supervision of the program director.

Investigates complaints or performance concerns; manages conflicts and grievances; identifies and resolves employee and client problems.

Attends staff meetings and actively participates in program planning.

Represents the Program Director at internal and external meetings.

Allocates and monitors use of available resources.

Maintains Individual Financial Records for Persons Receiving Services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.

Ability to identify problems and determine effective solutions.

Analytical skills to assess strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions.

Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Anticipates potential issues and recognizes when problems may arise.

Provides advice and consultation to others.

Self‑aware, seeks continuous self‑development, and treats others with courtesy, sensitivity, and respect.

Facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to achieve group goals.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Driving Requirements This position requires unlimited driving.

The employee must maintain a current, valid U.

S. driver’s license, possess acceptable driving status, and be responsible for automobile insurance.

The role may involve driving company vehicles or transporting individuals.

Qualifications and Education One year of administrative experience in the human service field (preferred); administrative experience highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $21.20 per hour + $0.52 for mileage reimbursement.
