We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, has a strong understanding of the completions process, and possesses the aptitude, skills and confidence to oversee the function effectively. While previous people management experience would be advantageous, the ability to lead, coordinate and support the team, drive performance and ensure the smooth running of completions is essential.

- Oversee the completions and complaints function across Buy-to-Let, First Charge Residential and Second Charge Mortgages.
- Manage and develop two Team Leaders, supporting performance, training and continuous improvement.
