Location: Covering Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey

Salary: Up to £42,500 basic salary, plus a car allowance of £4,000 and a performance bonus of £2,500

Hours: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), office-based with travel across a wide geographical area, regular evening work, occasional weekends, and occasional working from home.

About the Role:

Our client is introducing a newly created role with a clear purpose: to help Mortgage Advisors thrive. You will be there from day one, giving new starters the knowledge, support and confidence they need to build successful careers, while also working alongside established advisors to help them develop and achieve more. You will take ownership of delivering a robust T&C approach, ensuring our standards remain consistently high as they grow their people, customer base and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors
  • Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration
  • Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework
  • Support branch integration and help embed new recruits
  • Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
  • Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions
  • Work closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Home in One Compliance

Experience Required:

  • Experienced in coaching, onboarding or performance management (Financial Services experience ideal)
  • Confident working within a T&C framework
  • Must be CeMAP Qualified and have a full driving licence
  • Motivated by developing others and driving performance
  • Strong relationship-building skills - you know how to connect with people!
  • A solid work ethic, organised and the ability to thrive under pressure
