The predicted salary is between 24000 - 33000 £ per year.

Location: London (nearest station Warren Street) - 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home

Salary: Up to £33,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

About our Client and the role of Mortgage Administrator:

We are working with a directly authorised mortgage brokerage to recruit a Mortgage Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and professional team where you'll be responsible for the full post-sale mortgage and life application process through to successful completion. The role involves supporting Sales Consultants and fellow administrators, managing a personal case pipeline, and ensuring accurate and timely updates to all parties involved. You'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient case progression while maintaining strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Administrator:

  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and other third parties to manage mortgage and life applications from post-sale to completion
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants and the wider admin team to support the case journey
  • Manage client files, documentation, and in-house/online systems
  • Maintain a diary system to monitor all cases, ensuring outstanding matters are followed up promptly
  • Process all incoming post and emails daily
  • Support general office duties such as answering calls and assisting with operational tasks
  • Take full ownership of allocated cases, ensuring all updates and follow-ups are handled efficiently
  • Flexibility and team collaboration are essential to this role

Experience required for the role of Mortgage Administrator:

  • Previous experience in a mortgage administration role
  • Confident liaising with lenders, clients, and internal teams
  • PC literate, proactive, and highly organised
  • Able to manage workload independently while also contributing to a team environment
  • Enthusiastic and confident with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and applications.
