About the position of the AI & CRM Implementation Specialist:

We are working with an innovative residential FinTech lender that is looking for an experienced AI & CRM Implementation Specialist to join the business on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role for someone who can help the organisation implement and embed AI capabilities across the business, while also improving and developing its CRM capability. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the organisation to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, improve customer journeys and enhance decision-making, whilst ensuring the CRM platform is being fully utilised.

Responsibilities for the role of AI & CRM Implementation Specialist:

  • Identify and implement practical AI use cases across the business.
  • Help embed AI into day-to-day processes, workflows and customer journeys.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into effective technology solutions.
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Support the development and enhancement of the organisation's CRM capability.
  • Improve CRM processes, data quality, reporting and user adoption.
  • Work with business and technology teams to ensure CRM and AI initiatives deliver measurable value.
  • Support change management and adoption, helping teams understand how to make best use of new AI-enabled capabilities.
