Salary: Up to 45,000 OTE, including Car Allowance of 2,500 or Company Car and additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (3 on / 1 off rota)

About the Role:
Our client is a leading estate agency group with over 100 high street locations across the South-East. As a Property Lister/Valuer, you will provide expert market guidance to vendors whilst building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert marketing guidance to help clients achieve the highest possible sale price.
- List properties confidently and secure exceptional results for vendors.
- Stay ahead of market trends and strengthen your reputation as the trusted local expert.
- Proactively source new leads and generate consistent business growth.
- Collaborate with your team to match the right buyers with the right properties.
- Support the day-to-day running of the branch and contribute to overall profitability.
- Motivate and inspire the team, including leading morning meetings in the Branch Manager's absence.
Experience Required:
- Proven record of turning valuations into listings
- Great at building relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
