Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Brighton
Salary: Β£25,000 + Β£3,000 Car Allowance or Company Car β OTE Β£50,000 + Guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on / 1 off rota)

Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Value properties and showcase them to achieve the best possible price
- Build strong relationships with clients, buyers, and professional contacts (solicitors, lenders, etc.)
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Assist the Branch Manager in coaching, mentoring, and managing team performance
- Contribute to a culture of high performance, positivity, and collaboration
