This role would suit someone with indirect procurement or purchasing experience gained in a corporate or regulated environment, particularly across areas such as professional services, IT, facilities, marketing or business services, rather than direct purchasing of goods or manufacturing materials.

Candidates with a CIPS Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) will also be considered, even if they have limited commercial procurement experience, provided they can demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management and a genuine interest in developing a career within procurement and vendor management.
