Job Title: Head of Fraud Operations Strategy
Location: London Hybrid 2-3 days in the office
Salary: Up to £100,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm

About the position of Head of Fraud Operations Strategy:
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Head of Fraud Operations Strategy with a growing financial services organisation in London. This is a high-impact leadership role, offering autonomy to shape the future of fraud and financial crime operations. The successful candidate will be a recognised Fraud SME, with specific expertise in current account-related fraud and financial crime, combined with strong strategic experience and a proven track record of delivering change across fraud, financial crime, and process transformation. You will lead a team of two process experts while driving multi-year transformation initiatives that enhance customer journeys, strengthen internal processes, and ensure operational excellence as the organisation grows and launches new products.
Responsibilities for the role of Head of Fraud Operations Strategy:
- Lead and inspire the strategy for fraud and financial crime operations, setting clear priorities and delivering a multi-year transformation roadmap.
- Review existing processes and strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing scalable, effective solutions.
- Design, optimise, and embed compliant fraud and financial crime processes with clear ownership and measurable performance indicators.
- Leverage data, insights, and market research to inform decisions, anticipate emerging risks, and enhance both customer and operational outcomes.
- Lead and develop a small team of process experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, risk, and operational stakeholders, to deliver strategic initiatives and process changes.
- Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements, adapting to evolving risks, technologies, and business needs.
