About the position:
Join a fast-paced Proposition & Delivery team shaping specialist First and Second Charge mortgage products for the intermediary market. You'll analyse the market, drive pricing and product strategy, and turn insights into actionable roadmaps. Working cross-functionally with Risk, Credit, Operations, and Technology, you'll influence product decisions, oversee governance, and help brokers succeed with competitive, customer-focused solutions. Responsibilities:
- Analyse the UK First and Second Charge mortgage markets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and provide clear market insights to support product strategy and pricing decisions.
- Recommend and implement product roadmaps across all mortgage lines.
- Lead pricing evaluation and modelling, delivering insights.
- Maintain accurate pricing models and manage product/pricing changes through governance processes.
- Identify opportunities for new product features, digital enhancements, and process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Credit, Operations, Change, and Technology teams.
- Ensure all propositions comply with regulatory expectations, Consumer Duty, and Fair Value principles.
- Support intermediaries by providing market and product knowledge to help them deliver competitive solutions.
Experience Required:
- Knowledge of First & Second Charge mortgages and the intermediary market.
- Experience in pricing, market analysis, or product support.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
