This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and confident individual to step into an Account Management role, inheriting a portfolio of existing accounts. With a strong background in B2B development, secured lending, and a deep understanding of the intermediary market, you'll primarily focus on promoting secured lending products (accounting for around 70% of your business), with additional exposure to bridging and commercial finance solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospects and broker relationships.
- Driving outbound sales activity to generate new business and partnerships.
- Negotiating terms, securing deals, and developing long-term client relationships.
- Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Delivering face-to-face product training and confidently presenting at financial events.
- Providing exceptional client service and resolving queries effectively.
- Tracking performance through reporting and analysis of key metrics.
- Supporting and executing marketing initiatives to maximise engagement.
- Promoting a culture of service excellence across all touchpoints.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, Data Protection, and AML policies.
Experience and skills required:
- Proficient in MS Office and social media for business promotion.
- A clean driving licence is required for occasional travel to meet brokers.
