Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones. Execute the project plan effectively, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget. Monitor progress regularly and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with all relevant stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, HR teams, and external vendors. Communicate project goals, progress, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project's success. Develop risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks and minimise their impact on the project. Proactively manage any issues that arise during the project and implement solutions to resolve them quickly.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and any issues or risks. Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including project plans, meeting minutes, and relevant correspondence.
