You'll own the full 360° recruitment lifecycle for technical, digital and management consulting roles, from intake meeting to offer acceptance and beyond. Proactive, multi-channel sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist boards, tech communities and our internal referral scheme. Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified talent for our core practice areas. Work directly with Practice Leads and Sales Leads, advising on talent availability, salary benchmarks and timelines, and tracking the metrics that matter (time-to-fill, conversion, quality of hire). Look after our contractors. Structured aftercare from Day 1 through to redeployment, acting as first port of call for any assignment issues and keeping our best people inside the Stellar network. Be the brand. Represent us at industry events, meetups and career fairs, and help position Stellar Omada as an employer of choice. You have experience in recruitment or resourcing, ideally in technology, change or consulting, and you know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
