This is a part-time, remote role for an Immigration Lawyer. The role involves providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of immigration and visa matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting visa applications

- Representing clients in appeals or tribunal hearings when necessary

Qualifications:
