This is a part-time, remote role for an Immigration Lawyer. The role involves providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of immigration and visa matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting visa applications
- Conducting legal research
- Advising on immigration law and policies
- Representing clients in appeals or tribunal hearings when necessary
- Building and maintaining client relationships to ensure a seamless immigration experience
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge and expertise in UK immigration law and visa application processes
