Stellar Global is hiring an experienced Team Leader to support the launch of an exciting new flagship store on Oxford Street. This is a fixed‑term contract role from June to December 2026. As a Team Leader, you will report directly to the Store Manager and support your managers in keeping staff highly engaged, motivated, and customer obsessed. You will also turn the brand’s innovative vision into reality each day, ensuring impeccable customer service and maximizing sign‑ups.

Benefits
- £37,440 annual salary.
- 40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday.
- Fully flexible schedule but must work a minimum of 2 weekends a month depending on business needs.
