We are looking for a motivated and passionate Team Leader to join us in leading our Experience Team / Retail Associates at Samsung KX, located at the heart of London King's Cross in the Coal Drops Yard, the most innovative retail destination. The Experience Team is at the heart of what we do at Samsung KX, being the connection between the customer and the business showcasing the best in-store services.

In this role, you will contribute to the continued success of this team by leading the team, supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager in making sure the team runs to the best of its abilities and ensuring everyone is motivated to deliver a top customer experience every time. You will support your Managers in various tasks to meet business needs and supervise an Experience team of 20+ Experience Specialists. You will need to enjoy problem-solving and be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as the business evolves.

Working alongside other teams and Samsung departments, you will ensure collaboration with all teams, supporting where required and leading by example. You will look to bring out the best in your team, demonstrating humility, maturity, support, and consistency in everything you do.

Who are we looking for:

  • A natural people-person, with good communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions.
  • Nimble and able to adapt to change quickly and effectively, including fast-paced or pressure situations.
  • Confidentiality and trust in handling sensitive situations with your Experience Specialists.
  • Open to learning and improving own performance and inspiring others to want the same.
  • Demonstrating honesty and willingness to listen to peers' views to ensure Samsung KX creates a safe and inclusive environment for all.
  • A true advocate for the brand, able to understand and define every customer’s specific needs and interests, encouraging them to be excited about the potential the brand’s products can offer in their lives, embedding a tangible sense of loyalty in every interaction.
  • Understanding the importance of data entry when processing data and how it affects the wider business.
  • Some previous experience in a Supervisory role within a similar industry would be an advantage.
