Are you passionate about technologies, looking for a retail management position and open to the opportunity to work at the well known luxury department store? If your answers are yes, you could be a great candidate for the Samsung Flagship retail, Store Manager role in Harrods, London! This is maternity cover contract for 12 months.
Overall purpose of the role: As a Flagship Retail General Manager/Store Manager, you will lead your team to success through inspirational leadership and bring the ethos of Samsung connected innovation to life for your team and our customers. You will need to ensure you and your leadership team are organised and operationally excellent through strategic planning, HR control and delivery against Flagship Retail KPIs. You will enjoy solving problems, be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as the business evolves. You will look to bring out the best in your team and demonstrate humility, maturity, support and consistency, embodying Stellar Global and Samsung Flagship Retail core values, leading by example, embracing a diverse and inclusive culture.
Key Accountabilities
- Operational Excellence: Ensure team planning and scheduling are completed using HR tools, control and accountability of team KPIs, and ensure management and team are aware of the Flagship Retail strategy and performance across the financial year.
- Clear & Consistent Communication: Bring strategic direction to life and successfully communicate this across the management team and wider team to deliver tasks and projects on time.
- Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities and collaborate with others to grow the business and improve performance, discuss performance across sales, offers and launches, and lead weekly management meetings.
- People Management and Development.

What do we offer
- £45,000-£47,000 annual salary plus bonus scheme.
- 12 months fixed-term contract (maternity cover) with 3 months probation.
