Stellar Global is recruiting a Nike Product Sales Trainer, with a passion for fitness and sportswear to work with one of the UK and Europe’s largest sports retailers.
In this role the Product Training Specialist will be responsible for educating the retail staff on the newest innovations in the brand’s product range. This role is mainly a field role in the UK, so a full driving licence is essential, as travel to stores will be required. You’ll be working alongside a team of retail planning and product education specialists, all of whom are passionate about excellence and innovation.

Key Accountabilities:- Work with the category sales team to budget, organise and execute commercial seasonal product training and adhoc training plans in collaboration with other departments.
- Create digital content for E-Learning, ensure all elements are covered (product training, visual merchandising and sales styling).
- Create and manage a product educational pack for store wide distribution and as an online tool.
- Execute in person store staff training sessions on product training to key store locations/regions.
- Visit key stores on a weekly basis ensuring seasonal campaigns and key product technologies are highlighted to the retail staff.
- Provide reports and feedback on in-store compliance with the Brand’s product training, identify future training requirements and support.
- Communicate on a regular basis (face to face meetings) with the Head of Training to ensure excellent product service.
- Pro-actively work to develop the Brand’s elevated executions within the store and marketplace, through the consumer lens.
- Become the training expert in all specialist fitting services.
- Ensure regular training of the Brand’s Visual Presentation team in product technologies.

- Ability to talk confidently about sportswear and current fashion trends.
- Excellent presentation skills, outgoing personality and engaging speaking style are essential.
- A confident communicator, able to present to various audiences virtually and in person.
- Proven experience in retail sales / marketing is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
- An influencer and motivator of people.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task across projects.
- Actively interested in sports, with the ability to talk authentically about it.
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly PowerPoint and also Keynotes.
- A background in editing or content creation would be desirable.
- A Full UK driving license and your own car will be required.
- £32k- £34k annual salary
- Full time role, 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
- Permanent role (3 months probation period)
- Regular travel across UK and occasionally to Europe, with some overnight stays
- 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
- Car Allowance
