We are looking for a driven Experience Specialist (Sales advisor) with a passion for people and technology to join our amazing team at Samsung KX. Samsung KX was launched in 2019, based in Kings Cross, London, and is their impressive flagship European brand experience space. Designed to give guests the ultimate immersive brand experience, Samsung KX is a place where people are invited to discover, interact with and learn new skills in a dynamic environment through a range of workshops, events and performances together with local community partners.
As an Experience Specialist, you are responsible for the day-to-day business at the space. Whether it’s welcoming guests at reception or answering questions about the latest Samsung products from customers before they move on to purchase, you are the go-to person for everything that goes on in the space. You strive to create a great, enjoyable experience for every guest that walks through our doors, while ensuring sales are being made and events run smoothly. You are comfortable speaking in front of crowds, capable of giving tours, and can handle unexpected challenges thrown your way.
You will get to work at an exciting space that truly feels like it was transported from the future and work in a team of talented individuals who all work toward the common goal of making Samsung KX a place customers love to visit and return to.
