Stellar Despatch provides urgent express same-day logistics solutions to a diverse range of industries 24/7, 365 days a year. We conduct collections and deliveries of consignments urgently by road throughout the UK and work with a range of clients from all business sectors.

We are looking for a motivated individual, preferably with experience within a transport and logistics environment. Your role will involve:

  • Allocating work to couriers in a clear, fair, and transparent manner.
  • Routing vehicles in an ever-changing environment.
  • Monitoring jobs from collection to completion, keeping everyone informed in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Being proactive with communication and keeping other team members and customers informed of any issues/delays.
  • Managing and exceeding customer expectations with a professional manner.
  • Accurately taking bookings and advising customers of our service.

Skills/Attributes:

  • Strong geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • Self-motivated and a natural optimist.
  • Ideally have previous knowledge of the transport industry.
  • Works well in a team or individually in a pressured environment.
  • Be adaptable to change and understand customers' delivery requirements.
