To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a talented Regional Sales Director for our UKI and Northern Europe Region with startup passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to make an impact while building a future for themselves and Stellar Cyber. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities:- Development of commercial strategy for UKI and Northern Europe.
- Strategy with Distributors and Wholesalers, Channel management and Marketing development.
- Development of plans for business verticals and business development.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and growing revenue.
- Responsible for increasing revenue in assigned regions/territories/districts through identifying, recruiting, and developing opportunities for generating direct sales or partnerships.
- 5 years of experience in technology sales with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- 2-5 years of cybersecurity experience.
- Complex solution sales in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS or Networking is a plus.
- Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, or engineering).
- Demonstrated technical acumen to articulate Stellar Cyber's value proposition in a differentiated and compelling manner.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required.
- Start-up experience is a plus.
- Must ideally reside in the UK or Germany.
- Travel required.
