To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a talented Regional Sales Director for our UKI and Northern Europe Region with startup passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to make an impact, while building a future for themselves and Stellar Cyber. Responsibilities:
- Development of commercial strategy for UKI and Northern Europe
- Strategy with Distributors and Wholesalers, Channel management and Marketing development
- Development of plans for business verticals and business development
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and growing revenue
- You are primarily responsible for increasing revenue in assigned regions / territories / districts through identifying, recruiting, and developing opportunities for generating direct sales or partnerships
Requirements:
- This key position requires someone who is able to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Stellar Cyber's products and technologies, competitive products, and industry trends
- 5 years of experience in technology sales with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- 2-5 years of cybersecurity Complex solution sales in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS or Networking a plus
- Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, or engineering)
- Demonstrated technical acumen to articulate Stellar Cyber's value proposition in a differentiated and compelling manner
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required
- Start-up experience is a plus
- Must ideally reside in the UK or Germany
- Travel required
