We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a strategic Underwriting Workbench programme, central to the delivery of GSI transformation objectives.
What You will Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Underwriting Workbench (UWWB) programme
- Align multiple complex workstreams to clear, measurable business outcomes
- Partner with senior underwriting, technology, and transformation leaders
- Lead programme governance, executive reporting, and decision-making forums
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources to ensure value and cost control
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve delivery and operational risks
- Drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners
What We are Looking For
- Proven delivery of large-scale, complex programmes (5+ years)
- Strong programme governance experience (MSP, PRINCE2, PMI or similar)
- Solid financial and commercial acumen
