We are looking for a UI/UX Lead to own the end-to-end UX vision for a critical enterprise workbench. This role will drive user-centred design through research, strong design systems, and close collaboration with product, BA, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Own the UX vision and design system for a key enterprise workbench
- Lead user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive UI solutions
- Partner closely with Product Owners, BAs, and Developers
- Maintain UX standards, interaction patterns, and governance artefacts
- Strong enterprise UX experience with hands-on Figma skills
- Work within Agile/Scrum, using ADO for UX delivery tracking
