Responsibilities:
  • Collect and document user requirements
  • Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems
  • Define system functionality and develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions
  • Develop process and network models to optimize architecture
  • Develop software solutions by studying system flow, data usage, and work processes
  • Evaluate system design performance and reliability; incorporate user feedback
  • Execute full lifecycle software development and prepare maintenance plans
  • Research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems
  • Conduct usability testing and operate testing equipment to ensure quality
  • Perform security and quality controls; document testing results
