Déployer et piloter les plans d’actions court, moyen et long terme en cohérence avec le Master Plan du site, afin d’optimiser les coûts et la performance des services.
Assurer la gestion et l’optimisation des périmètres suivants :
- Production et distribution des énergies et fluides (hors eau potable)
- Consommation énergétique
- Traitement de l’eau et des eaux usées
- Maintenance des bâtiments et des infrastructures
- Maintenance des ponts roulants et équipements de levage
- Nettoyage général et entretien des espaces verts
- Gestion des déchets
- Maintenance des réseaux internes, lignes et équipements téléphoniques (hors imprimantes de production)
- Maintenance des systèmes de détection et de protection incendie
Veiller à l’alignement permanent des plans opérationnels avec les besoins réels du site et ajuster les actions en fonction de l’évolution de l’environnement business.
Identifier, piloter et déployer des projets d’amélioration continue contribuant aux objectifs Green Factory : réduction des consommations d’énergie et d’eau, diminution des émissions de CO₂.
Assurer le respect du budget, suivre les écarts financiers, prioriser et optimiser les dépenses.
Gérer les relations avec les autorités, les prestataires et fournisseurs, incluant la négociation des contrats et le suivi de la performance.
Réaliser des revues de performance régulières avec les équipes internes et les prestataires, définir des plans d’amélioration et de formation.
Identifier et remonter les opportunités d’amélioration nécessitant une collaboration interdisciplinaire, et travailler en étroite coordination avec le Facility Technical Services Manager pour la mise en œuvre des solutions.
