The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The main responsibilities and requirements of the role will include:
- Designing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing processes and equipment
- Focus on welding, joining technologies, and automation systems
- Carry out cycle-time studies, process optimisation, and quality improvements to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and production standards
- Support new product introduction, resolve technical issues on robot cells and tooling
- Provide engineering solutions to maintain consistent production output
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Be a time-served Electrical/Mechanical/Multi-Skilled engineer
- Have a HNC qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate others
- Effective work/time management skills
- Good communication skills at all levels
