Job Overview
The Role
As a Media Manager, you are empowered to devise and plan strategic deployment of multi-million media spend, including collaboration with marketing teams and media agencies. Build campaigns collaboratively with the brand and CMO media team. We can offer a highly autonomous working environment alongside our brands, with key media owners and supported by our Media agency to identify and implement new media types and continue the Test, Learn and Scale framework.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Help improve the performance of our digital media activity and make budgets work harder
- Keep campaigns on track to meet brand goals across PPC, paid social and programmatic
- Use insights, targeting, segmentation and personalisation to continually improve results
- Manage and optimise campaigns using key measures like CTR, CPC, and ROI outcomes (leads, sales, ecommerce performance)
- Review performance regularly and turn the numbers into clear, practical recommendations
- Share updates on campaign progress, pacing, timelines and budget
- Create easy-to-understand reports and talk stakeholders through what’s working and what we’re changing
- Stay up to date with what’s new in digital media (in and outside automotive)
