You Are Likely To Bring

  • A minimum of 3 years’ sales/marketing experience, preferably within the Motor Industry
  • Degree level education
  • Clear and concise communication skills in multiple forms. Communication will vary from customer‑facing in brand language, to summaries for senior levels of the organisation
  • Strong level of attention to numerical details and analytical ability
  • Flexibility as role includes both routine and non‑routine tasks. These will need to be appropriately prioritised to ensure their prompt achievement
  • Ability to deal with significant changes in workload as role is responsive to an evolving environment that is driven by customer demand
  • Good technical knowledge of excel especially when assessing and calculating figures
  • Good people skills and ability to deal directly with internal and external customers
  • Full UK driving licence

Job Responsibilities

  • Define, propose and progress product and pricing strategy to support the competitive advantage and success of LCVs at Stellantis UK. This role is multi‑branded with responsibility for all four LCV Brands (Citroen, Fiat, Peugeot and Vauxhall).
  • Setup of local product and pricing definition in relevant systems. This is critical for successful configuration, ordering, vehicle build scheduling and invoicing.
  • Understand customer base and predict future trends especially as the UK heads towards 100% low emissions vehicle sales by 2030.
  • Develop strategies to enhance opportunity for LEV in all channels.
  • Establish strengths and weaknesses, explore opportunities and find threats as part of an on‑going analysis. A knowledge of the main competitor’s activities is important with respect to comparative product, price & timing. Analysis will support decision making locally, and centrally.
  • Deliver volume and profitability goals through competitive price positioning.
  • Support mix forecasting (trim, version & powertrain) to aid ordering policy.
  • Communication of changes to relevant stakeholders including document maintenance, as well as written communications & presentations.
  • Support brands with point‑of‑sale material including correct price guides.
  • Prompt response to customer queries is a priority for a customer‑centric organisation.
  • Support queries from retailers, field‑based LCV Regional Operation Managers, and Fleet Managers.
  • Submission of technical data to 3rd parties such as DVLA, MVRIS, CAP‑HPI and OZEV.
