The Finance Transformation program aims to merge Stellantis Finance into a unified global core model structured around four pillars: Processes, Organization, IT, and Legal Entities.
The transformation supports the development and deployment of a common Global Finance model, a shared data framework and core IT solutions across the group.
This role is key for ensuring local adoption of the Central Finance solution, alignment of data and processes, coordination with local stakeholders, and continuity of knowledge into post-project operations.

You are likely to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles.
- Familiarity with financial master data structures (Co A, controlling objects, reporting hierarchies).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, especially S/4HANA, Central Finance, FI/CO).
- Experience in project activities such as testing, data validation, or process mapping.
- Experience in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point, collaboration platforms).
- Understanding of SOX, IFRS, and internal control frameworks is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
During the Project Phase
- Act as primary point of contact between the Central Finance project team and the local legal entity finance organisation.
- Co-ordinate local activities related to Central Finance and Data Model deployment (data collection, process mapping, testing, cutover).
- Ensure local alignment and compliance with the Global Core Model, identifying gaps and supporting remediation.
- Support the collection, validation, and migration of financial master data (Chart of Accounts, cost centers, profit centers, reporting structures, etc.).
- Facilitate local participation in project workshops, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), trainings, and readiness assessments.
- Monitor project progress locally, escalating risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with local Finance, IT, Shared Service Centers, and external partners involved in the change.
Transition to Operation
- Support activities, ensuring data accuracy, system readiness, and local process continuity.
- Participate in hypercare activities, resolving issues and ensuring smooth stabilisation.
- Ensure local teams adopt the new processes, tools, and governance model.
- Serve as the Central Finance expert for the legal entity, supporting day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement.
- Ensure maintenance and governance of financial master data in alignment with group guidelines.
- Support new integrations, enhancements, or system evolutions related to Central Finance.
- Act as a key contributor to process standardization and compliance with the Core Model.
- Provide ongoing coordination between WCF teams, Central Finance governance, and entity stakeholders.
