Job Overview

• £19,000 annual salary + competitive benefits package
• Hybrid working – coming into our Coventry office minimum twice per week. Home location needs to be within a 60 mile radius of Coventry office.
• Up to 4.5-year fixed term contract
• September 2026 start

This unique programme is your launchpad into the automotive industry, blending academic achievement with hands‑on experience. As a Commercial Degree Apprentice, you’ll earn a salary while studying for a Level 6 Chartered Business Management Degree with a respected local provider. You’ll rotate through placements in key commercial areas at Stellantis Head Office, including Brand & LCV Sales, B2B Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Carflow, Customer Experience, and Network Development. During your apprenticeship, you’ll be fully involved in day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects, gaining a 360° view of the business. Who We’re Looking For

You should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English) and A Levels (BCC) or BTEC equivalent. A UK driving licence is a plus, but not essential—just be ready to commute to Coventry at least twice a week. We’re seeking passionate, innovative, and self‑motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a creative mindset.
